DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
Nurture a positive working environment to optimise people's engagement hence performance
Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
To administer the personal documentation of employee, including to register new joiner to HRIS, to file the hard copy of employee personal documentation
To maintain the compliance of company regulations, including to provide advice and suggestions regarding with employee relation matter
To maintain data of personal documentation, such as attendance data then followed up with employee coaching/mentoring regarding with their attendance data
To provide payroll calculation, including for income tax, BPJS.
Provide any assistance related with office needs and employee needs.
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Prepares budget of human resources operational
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR Experienced working at start-ups Built HR from scratch Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills Able to speak English fluently
