DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Group Product Managers and Sales Engineers. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mind maps. Design website and/or mobile user interface elements. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and layouts.
REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as a UI / UX Designer or similar role. Portfolio of design projects. Knowledge of wireframe tools. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good English skills. Have experience in leading teams. Having deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Responsive Web, CSS Framework. Excellent on Web Designing by using Photoshop / Illustrator. Experience in converting a design (PSD / PNG) to HTML. Having knowledge on vector design is an advantage. Having knowledge of backend programming is an advantage.
