DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for support employment administration activities (promotion, warning letter, employee termination, manpower request, training attendance, etc.). Responsible to maintain and monthly updating employee database. Responsible to collect and calculate employee overtimes. Responsible to maintain and updating employment contract. Responsible to checking employee medical reimbursement (BPJS Kesehatan & employee insurance). Cooperatte with Organization Development & related Divisions to update Organization Structure and also the employees Job Descriptions. Create monthly report of all HR activities including recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, payroll and employee relation).
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old. At least held Bachelor Degree majoring Psychology/ Human Resource Management / Law. Experienced as HRSupervisor (Supervisor level is a must) for at least 3 years, and responsible for handling personell employment matters for more than 1000 employees. Possess excellent knowledge in all HR matters e.g recruitment, training, compensation & benefit, payroll and also industrial relation. CHRP Certified will be an advantage. Mastering Microsoft Office usage, and possess extensive knowledge about Indonesian Labor Law implementation. Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
