DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Process new engagement, renewal and termination of insurance involving of requesting insurance cover note, claim form and etc
2. As a contact point to provide supporting to internal stakeholder on insurance claim policy and procedure, shipment status and application of new or renewal of retail license.
3. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of company vehicles, licensing, stationery, courier, petrol and toll. Process new card application or card termination of petrol and toll card.
4. Managing and keep track of courier service and utility account registered under Senheng. Monitor the utilization and monthly expenses.
5. Prepare payment documentation for truck insurance renewal, license renewal, stationery orders, monthly petrol card and TNG expenses and courier service payment
6. Liaise with the internal stakeholder, local council or consultant for matters relating to retail licensing. Keep tracking the license validity and process the renewal.
7. Ensure sufficient stationary stock for HQ, Logistic and Showroom. Process orders to replenish the stationery and make sure vendor delivered the stationery to the correct location.
8. Collect and review monthly stationery report from all logistic
REQUIREMENT
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Administration or related fields.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required skill: MS Office and communication skill.
