DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Be knowledgeable in HR policies. You'll be responsible for the full spectrum including recruitment, payroll, and all employee-related matters. You will also help to grow relationships with schools and job fairs.
Be the overlord of documents. Everything from client payments, bookkeeping, internal audits, to claims and receipts will go through you. You make sure we get paid too!
Be the support for our business development. That includes reception duties like greeting visitors, handling mails and booking meeting rooms, and upkeeping processes within the company.
Be the order amidst all the creative chaos here. We need you to organise and coordinate company events, and also order our pantry snacks. Anyone ordering special Oreos will have to seek your permission.
Assist with administrative work for our Malaysia team, and of course, ad-hoc duties!

At least one year of HR or admin working experience
