DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. General Administration Task
Receive and direct visitors and clients
Ensuring meeting rooms is ready for the next meeting rooms
Assisting with all mailing, shipping, and errands
Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
Order office and pantry supplies
2. Administration Tasks - C-Level
Manage travel arrangements - such as booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Managing C-level receipts and reimbursements
REQUIREMENT
Proven admin or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
