DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

IMPORTANT – You will be spending much of your time working with the customer on their vehicle damage report. This may come in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits. You will also be required to investigate damages found on our vehicles and assess the cost of repairs. You will also be assisting and managing accident reports and follow ups. By excelling at your work, the community will be able to continue to enjoy our vehicles in the best possible state!
REQUIREMENT

Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies. Keen eye for details to spot fraud Willingness to enforce justice to ensure fairness in the tight-knit community Ability to shown restrain and kindness in extraordinary circumstances Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc) Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
