DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Co-ordinate with overseas entities Knowledge of shipping terms & documents (Air & Sea, preferable) Prioritise responsibilities / urgency of shipments Exercise flexibility in shipment handling Detailed handling of shipments Process Jobfile closing on a monthly basis Review and update SOP periodically or when necessary Investigate root-cause of incidents and service failure
REQUIREMENT

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Air or Sea with knowledge of shipping documents Self-discipline, initiative, responsible, independent Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills Customer service oriented Able to work over-time when required
