DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations.
Develop, improve and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives.
Find solutions on the issues of human resources to support achievements of company targets and act as a business partner.
Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary.
Provide guidance to managers and employees in personnel matters and guidelines, and services delivered. Handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Build relationships with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local action plans/points that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy.
Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization's human resource initiatives and adapt existing current human resource initiatives to meet these needs
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
REQUIREMENT
At least 5 years of experience in HR role. Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related areas and above HR Competencies Excellent communication skills Leadership Skill Problem Solver
