DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, implement and improve company quality standards Monitor all product development that affect quality Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output Implement, monitor, ensure and assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the product in accordance to acceptance criteria set by the product manager Observe and analyse customer’s complaints such as issues categorization, complaint’s tracking (failure observation, root cause deduction and detection indicators) Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data Report all malfunctions to production team to ensure immediate action Review current standards and policies Formulate strategies to increase productivity Communicate with the Product Development team on a daily basis
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree with experience in QA related field Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods Great attention to detail and a results driven approach Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics Have an extensive experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing Have excellent computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications. Have outstanding communication skills, attention to details, deep understanding in crucial aspects in product development Have passion to bring social impacts specifically to fish farmers in rural area
