DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Engage, consult and advice patients on treatments and skincare products. Deliver excellent customer service through professional consultation and evaluation of customers’ needs. Establish and maintain relationship with patients. Schedule of patient's appointments and following up with patient's enquiries and to attend to walk-ins. Plan and execute sales strategy to achieve sales target and growth. Handling of cashing duties and account for transactions. Well-groomed with pleasant disposition and personality. Able to multi-task and work under pressure. Able to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking patients. Full-time position.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General, Customer Service, Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
