DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintain & build relationship with business partner that related to company’s business. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team in the assigned area to drive sales growth Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Region Head Create and increase market demand through relationship activities and promotion below the line activities. Manage and Monitor Expenses + Cost Ratio : trade discount, in-store promotion, branding and manpower expenses in the assigned area Make sure the implementation of sales and marketing strategies from head office to drive sales growth in the assigned area Regularly visit the market to evaluate market share and monitoring about competitors’ activities.
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 35 years old Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75 Required skill(s): Negotiation skill, Strategic Thinking, have a knowledge of territory management, Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators , Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team, Key Account Development, Key Account Management, Promotion Have related experience minimal 5 years (Preferably have experience handling supplement category or modern drugstore channel such as Guardian, Watson, Century, etc) or Independent pharmacy (local drugstore, local pharmacy) Have good knowledge about Negotiating with modern retail & traditional trade and promotion activity Good Analytic Skill, Good Negotiation Skill, Attention to detail, Good in communication, and Willing to learn Target oriented, good communication & negotiation skill, good in networking and maintain relation, good integrity, good adaptability, and good in managing team and team work Willing to be placed at all area in Indonesia Have experiences in coverage Jabodetabek area
