ection 1: Cash Transaction
Accurate and quick turnaround time of cash counting for deposits & withdrawal.
Handle cash processing that strictly comply with the Bank’s cash handling SOP & Guidelines
Process & perform data entry of deposit & withdrawals transactions accurately and within transaction limits
Perform day end balancing of cash, vouchers & totals accurately
Section 2: Non-Cash Transactions
Perform data entry for acceptance of Remittances transactions
Process & perform data entry for Fund Transfers including Fixed Deposit placements & withdrawals transactions accurately and within transaction limits
Section 3: Customer Servicing
Attend to customer courteously & apply basic Hi-6 customer greetings
Escalate any complex customer enquiries, feedback & complaints to officers/supervisors
To implement basic grooming standards & dressed in uniform provided
Work closely with branch leaders to meet Branch Service Standards
Section 4: Operational Risk & Controls
Observe & practice of controls prescribed in RCSA, RRSA & Control Checklists
To highlight any suspicious transactions or customers to branch leaders/supervisors
Adhere to all processes and guidelines to minimize operational loss
Section 5: Other Functions
Perform scanning of vouchers & documents for archival
Perform administrative functions such as filing & arranging of records for archival
Other duties assigned by OSCMs / supervisors from time to time
REQUIREMENT
SPM holders or equivalent
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Preferably with experience in Banking Operations
Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Possess a positive attitude, initiative and good sense of responsibility
