Handle cash processing that strictly comply with the Bank’s cash handling SOP & Guidelines Process & perform data entry of deposit & withdrawals transactions accurately and within transaction limits Perform day end balancing of cash, vouchers & totals accurately Section 2: Non-Cash Transactions Perform data entry for acceptance of Remittances transactions Process & perform data entry for Fund Transfers including Fixed Deposit placements & withdrawals transactions accurately and within transaction limits Section 3: Customer Servicing Attend to customer courteously & apply basic Hi-6 customer greetings Escalate any complex customer enquiries, feedback & complaints to officers/supervisors To implement basic grooming standards & dressed in uniform provided Work closely with branch leaders to meet Branch Service Standards Section 4: Operational Risk & Controls Observe & practice of controls prescribed in RCSA, RRSA & Control Checklists To highlight any suspicious transactions or customers to branch leaders/supervisors Adhere to all processes and guidelines to minimize operational loss Section 5: Other Functions Perform scanning of vouchers & documents for archival Perform administrative functions such as filing & arranging of records for archival Other duties assigned by OSCMs / supervisors from time to time
