DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development in food industry Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (distributor), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation Excellent communication skills to interact succesfully within your network Enterpreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment Strong management and leadership skills Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines 2 position available for area : Jabar-Jkt and Sumatera
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field with min. IPK: 2.75 from reputable university Maximum 40 years old Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in FMCG would be an advantage) Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
