DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Will be responsible for managing the front desk area
Respond, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area tidy and organized
Respond to incoming calls and forward them while providing basic information
Maintain proper records for all calls
Control access to the office to maintain security
Collect, register and sort daily mails or deliveries
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/ Degree in any business related course Ideal candidates must have experience in the same role Expertise in Microsoft Office suite Good written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and customer service skills Good multitasking and time management skills Should be presentable with the right work attitude Good customer service skills Ability to handle files Good telephone skills required
