DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to Express Centre Officer, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service to our walk-in customers in service counter:- Maintain the daily operation of service counter Handle walk-in customers' enquiries, shipment drop-off and collection Promote value added services and sales promotional programs to customers
REQUIREMENT

HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate Minimum 2 years working experience, experience in customer service / retail field is an advantage Willing to perform shift duty Effective communication and problem solving skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing
