DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Accountable for the overall operation and maintenance of all critical environment and facilities systems including: mechanical, electrical, cabling, fire detection and protection systems, life safety system, lighting, temperature control systems, building management systems, fire alarm.
Performing detailed daily floor inspections to ensure a high quality office image.
Providing projects and facilities administrative support on site, including maintenance services, environmental & sustainability issues, preparing and reviewing and negotiating contracts and tender documents, project management (minor works) and supervising and coordinating with contractors
Maintaining effective communication with all external contractors and internal customers, including colleagues in ABB Office.
Supporting team members at all levels as required.
Responsible for ERP system data inputs for account operation transactions in timely and accurate manner.

Strong skills and experience in raised floor critical operating environments and associated procedures and best practices.
