DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Responsible directly to Director • Implement strategies in alignment with Director’s direction and focus • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. • Achieve objectives decided by organizations such as sales volume, customer growth, market growth • Planning, organizing, directing and running day to day operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed • Coordinate sales team to achieve the target • Develop team for higher competence • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Director
REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales • Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role • Familiar with sales export process and market • Familiar with sales to multi national company • Strong leadership with good people development skills • Good people management skills and communication skills • Good analytical and problem solving ability • Able to speak, read and write English is a must
