DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Engage in high levels of customer service. Promote, cross and upsell products. Perform value-added services. Manage over-all store housekeeping, maintenance & repairs. Ensure maintenance & upkeep of clientele record. Perform all forms of after-sales service. Accurately handle and manage various types of commercial transactions. Perform Visual Merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines. Perform opening and end of day store duties. Manage accurate record of stocks.
REQUIREMENT

High school Diploma. At least a year of retail sales or customer service experience. Demonstrated passion for extraordinary customer service. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize task. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
