DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assess customer current pain point, business objective and requirement for IT Services e.g. roll-out, managed service, managed operation, seat management and others.
Approach solution with ITSM framework e.g. ITILv3 to deliver best solution for customer’s requirement.
Create sizing and cost calculation for delivering the IT Services solution.
Collaborate solution with suitable IT technology.
Build an integrated proposal consist of company profile, solution diagram, sizing consideration, project timeline, migration/integration method and other technical related matter.
Present the solution and convince customer.
Coordination with sales team related with sales strategy, such as brand to be choose, device specification, complexity of integration and professional services cost.
Coordination with project manager and post-sales team during implementation to ensure all requirement is delivered.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT
Have experience with ITSM’ Tools e.g. BMC Remedy, IVANTI, ManagedEngine, etc.
Have experience in other IT technologies e.g. call center, video conference, CCTV, etc. is an advantage
Preferably having professional certification such as ITILv3, COBIT or other ITSM’ Certifications
Proficient in English
Have a very good communication and presentation skill
Willing to do business trip
