DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide effective, quality and prompt secretarial/administrative assistance and support to Senior Management. To organise and manage confidential documents and information with utmost discretion and maintain an organised filing for smooth data retrieval. To prepare reports, data analysis, materials for presentations and discussions using the latest Microsoft Office Software. To provide secretarial duties such as handling correspondences, screening and responding incoming mails and calls and take actions appropriately. To provide front line services and coordinate/co-operate professionally with all departments as required.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree holder. Minimum of three years working experience in a similar capacity. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of English both written and orally. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, pro-active and multi-tasking abilities.
