DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Engage business users to study their work processes, gather business requirements to facilitate project implementations. Produce specifications for new or modified systems. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Prepare test plans and test cases for end-user testing and system integration testing, and carrying out such activities. Liaising with other IT staff such as programmers to produce new systems/ modify existing systems Assist with implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems Responsible for user training and feedback Any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2 years experiences as Product Owner/ Business Analyst, System analyst, Mobile POS is a plus Preferably having experience in software development for banking, payment, biller or e-commerce Good knowledge of Scrum, JIRA and Confluence Successfully delivered technical document such as FSD, SRS, etc. in previous works Good oral and written English communication skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills
