DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the production & maintenance of rewinders, sheet cutters. Implement strategies to support business goals, develop sustainable results, and drive improvement initiatives which enhance business results. Identify & prepare capital projects Set standards of performance; facilitate implementation of world class operational standards and IP best practices. Planning preventive & predictive maintenance and operations of all the converting machineries (Rewinders, Synchro Sheet Cutters, Folio Ream Wrapping Machines, Shrink Palletizing & Reel Wrapping machineries to increase the uptime, attain consistent quality and maintain health of the machines. Involve the team in improving the overall productivity Implementation of TPM and 5S concept Implementation of management concepts like, why why analysis, Fish Bone diagrams for problem solving and achieved numerous production records.
