DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Front Desk
Greet and welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receiving, sorting and distributing mails or courier items
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
To handle customer’s enquiries/complaints when necessary
General Administration
Assist in order of office supplies and keep inventory of stock
To do random check on the scan copy IC submitted against the details registered in the system
To update IBC’s personal particulars and record in CRM system
To assist to process manual order, IBC registration and event registration whenever necessary
To participate in Sales & Marketing event as a supporting team, if requiredFront Desk

REQUIREMENT
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field. At least 1 or 2 years of working experience administrative and customer service. PC skills are required, including proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Contract and Temporary position(s) available.
