DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain operations of reception counter, include reservation of conference rooms, handle phone call and email enquiry
Escorting clients and arrange beverage service upon clients’ arrival
Arrange meeting room set up according to client request
Work with various teams to ense smooth operation
Supervise replenishment of stock in conference rooms
Arranging catering events if needed. Co-ordinate with various vendors base on event request and budget
To give suggestion on menu selection and floor set up to the client
To issue event order to various parties: Kitchen team, Reception team, Facilities team; to facilitate internal communications on each of the event
Assist to monitor the catering service at office building
To prepare various catering reports
To submit monthly catering records and consumption reports
Floral arrangement for the client floor, include festive floral arrangement
Back up support for Champion Tower Reception team and Car Reservation team if needed
Ad hoc duties will be assigned
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Hotel, Catering Management or related studies
Minimum 2 years solid event management experiences in F&B / Hospitality
Customer service & details-oriented and well organized
Good command of spoken / written Chinese and English
PC proficiency
