Plan the weekly working schedule for the assigned workplace using Hydra MES
Manage rollovers units, advanced processed unit as well as rescheduling of the rollovers
Prepare weekly OT Plan, evaluate On-Time Delivery for the assigned workplace
Conceptualize the process flow, conduct time study, create timing reference for each production element required in the assigned workplace
Prepare weekly plan time versus actual time analysis report
Print out a set of traveller form with other supporting documents (Drawings, checklists) pertaining to the product model being manufactured
Countercheck the Work Order form, distribute the Work Orders to various workplaces where the order is supposed to be processed in.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Preferably Staff specialized in Industrial Engineering
Able to understand English
Able to work under pressure
Able to work in a team
Willing to work in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
