Performance Monitoring of 3rd Party Logistic, Payment Gateway and Merchant Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistic, Payment Gateway and Merchant as necessary if any issues in relation to customer orders and payment 3rd Party Logistic, Payment Gateway and Merchant payment disbursement and reconciliation with Finance Do investigation if any complaint from customers Reporting if any fraud comes from 3rd Party Logistic, Payment Gateway and Merchant
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in any discipline Min. 3 years experiences as Key Account Executive Experience in E-Commerce industry with role manage performance of 3rd Party Logistic, Payment Gateway and Merchant Detail oriented, Good Communication Skill, Fast Learner, Customer Service Required Skil : Ms. Excel, Complaint Handling Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) is a Plus
