DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible in managing the online ecommerce platforms and develop structure for the backend supporting functions Understand user profiles and customer journeys across channels and proactively identify customer needs Responsible for current key brand products and inventory management Plan and execute all marketing activities and promotions well as vetting and approving advertising materials Manage and control daily operation activities to meet overall company business objectives Conduct performance analysis and prepare service analytics reports for daily tracking, weekly / monthly management reporting
REQUIREMENT

At least Diploma in Marketing, Media and communications or any related field Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field Experience in eCommerce marketing operations Experience managing marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora or other relevant marketplaces is an advantage Extensive knowledge on Air/ Sea freight forwarding, Warehouse Management
