Job Purpose:
To achieve volume and distribution targets, in order to maximise brand availability and visibility through the execution of essential Sales & Marketing activities in the channel / price strategies and the required customer service levels
To deliver excellence in Sales & Marketing execution through the implementation of trade activities and the development of strong trade and customer relationships
To support the induction and development of new entrants through in field training and coaching where agreed with the Area Sales Officer / Manager & MSDM
Core Responsibilities:
Execute Trade and Brand Marketing activities (Distribution, Display & Dialogue) in the outlets located within the territory in order to meet customer and consumer needs as described in the cycle and area plan
To implement fixed/cyclic trade coverage plans (TCP) to ensure all outlets within the defined territory receive a retail visit at the frequency determined by the RCS/Bosnet system
Maintains a database of outlets driven by RCS ensuring data is updated on a cyclic basis
Ensure optimal stock levels, product quality and freshness through stock management, orientation to the trade and reporting on supply chain and product issues
Execute multiple outlet coverage to ensure trading agreement compliance and liaises with the relevant National Key Account Manager as applicable
Negotiation of retail touch points (i.e., brand positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication/ display strategy
Stock management and product quality checks (RQI)
Provides data back into the centre relating to competitor’s activity in the market place
Monitors both BAT Indonesia & competitor brand performances within retail outlets
Manage all assigned funds (toolkits), materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximise the use of organisation assets
Generation of ideas on how to develop innovative solutions at the point of sale
Gain customer participation in Trade and Consumer promotion, placement of merchandising materials, optimization of product positioning and impact “face on” display in line with the company’s space planogram in order to maximize brand awareness and availability
Maintain accurate and relevant outlet information

Bachelor Degree

Own riding license (Motorcycle) - will be using Motor Box (provided by company)
