DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure the achievement of sales targets for funding products in branches that affect revenue targets
Increase cross selling between funding and lending products in branches to support the achievement of branch targets
Providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers, maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solutions to customers
Ensure that all processes related to the sale of funding products are in accordance with applicable regulations and policies
Coordinate, direct and create a harmonious working system and atmosphere in achieving work productivity and effectiveness in the branch
Comply with policies, procedures, and regulations
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma Degree from any major Certifed AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) Have 2 year minimum working experience as sales, especially in banking industry Willing to work at branch around Greater Jakarta Area, including Cilegon, Serang, Tangerang, South Tangerang, Depok, Bogor, Bekasi, Cikarang and Karawang
