DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Possibly training more junior staff members
REQUIREMENT

The ideal candidate for IT Support must hold a degree in business information technology, computer science, information technology or a related course Must have Problem-solving skills Ability to stick to strict deadlines Ability to prioritize and delegate Must have a keen eye for detail Should have a good memory of how software and operating systems work Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution Ability to work well in a team Must have strong problem-solving skills Should be strong customer focus
