DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Responsible for the daily management of the wokshop 2. Ensure that production able to achieve the production target from PMC 3. Maintain and decrease the production cost 4. Leading subordinates to be able to work according to the job description and do the performance evaluation 5. Improve and continously maintain workshop area 6. Actively communicate and coordinate to create a good team, and build a safe working atmosphere
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Industrial Engineering or others related major max age is 30 years old 2. At least have 1 year working experience in Production Management 3. High efficiency, extrovert and target-oriented mindset 4. Having knowledge related to production management and field security management regarding 5S / 6S systems 5. Having strong communication skills and organizational skills 6. Honest and has a strong principle of responsibility, participate in maintaining the company's rules and workflow 7. Familiar with Data Analysis and able to use Ms. Office or other software 8. Willing to works in Cikupa, Tangerang
