DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Comply with general EHS rules within premises and deploy specific EHS rules for warehousing and logistics activities.
2. Storage areas management (storage areas definition by parts typology, visual management and labelling, EHS, capacity anticipation, rules….)
3. Handling methods and equipment definition and deployment (including maintenance)
4. Materials reception and issuance – loading / offloading program and methods, execution of ERP transactions, physical picking and packing.
5. Materials internal flows (line supply and reverse) – Method definition by typology of parts (kitting / line side / double bin / on request / scrap / to be repaired / from repair…), physical and ERP execution
6. Material master data creation and maintenance (storage locations, bin locations…… )
7. Key Performance Indicators monitoring and reporting and continuous improvement activity for warehousing
8.Establish and implement waste management plan for Alstom Manila.
9. Responsible for the regular and annual Inventory count
10. Team management: provide a long term vision to the team, set yearly objectives and targets, support and coach in achieving these targets and objectives, perform performance appraisals, reward and recognize merits, set and follow up team members development plans.
REQUIREMENT
Educational Requirements:
Graduate of Engineering / Industrial / Business Administration / Supply Chain
Technical Knowledge / Experience:
Logistics knowledge and experience; SAP knowledge; at least 2 years in management position
