DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Actively work towards creating an excellent coffee experience though: customer experience, outstanding beverage presentation and creating menu of signature beverages.
Quality control, oversee roasting, grinding, storage and production of beverages according to the Company SOP.
Handle guests’ feedback professionally.
Enforce the Company’s procedure during beverage production.
Develop quality standards and services as well as barista training manuals.
Cultivate a professional, friendly, and efficient environment for the Barista team.
Responsible for the performance of the Barista team according to the Company standard.
Develop, maintain and evaluate SOP to create an effective and efficient working environment.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years experiences as Head Barista or Senior Barista Maximum 40 years old. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Having a good understanding of using Slayer coffee machine, manual brew, calibration, cupping and able to create latte art. Excellent communications and interpersonal skill. High level of initiative, a good eye for details, desire for continuous learning and result oriented. High leadership capabilities, good time management and ability to self-direct when necessary.
