DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handling Orders follow up for import/export shipments (both air / sea freight)
Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers’ enquiries, complaints
Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments
Working closely with Sales & operations divisions
Co-ordination between internal offices / agents & clients for orders follow up via ocean / air import & export
Handling of crosstrade shipments
Doing bookings of shipments
Preparing documentations such as permits, bill of lading, billings and pre-alert docs to agents
Arranging Custom clearance for customers, & door delivery services
