DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Process incoming, outgoing and stock movements on ERP system Responsible to roll on track all inventory procedures Responsible to monitor min/max stock level and stock availability. Conduct inventory control and strategic analysis to support operational activities Evaluate inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels on consumable items and complete the procurement for consumable items Ensure ‘shipments and inventory transactions’ accuracy Check and perform inventory adjustments for various functions such as asset returns, lost & scrapped material, project reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and any other processes or reasons to warrant an adjustment. Perform physical stock count on regular basis and manage discrepancies in timely manner
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field. At least 3 years of working experience in Oil & Gas Company. Having knowledge about warehouse and inventory management. Can analyse warehouse stock and suggest ways of reducing stock and minimizing inventory. Computer Literate. Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline. Strong technical and numerical aptitude Familiar with ERP System Placement in Sout Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Java
