Handle inbound and outbound calls to complete research purpose survey questions Resolve customers’ complaints and needs by solving their issues or enquiries Conduct business visit when it is required Perform detailed screening to understand and identify customers’ needs Verify data and information to ensure of the accuracy and completeness Perform administrative duties to keep an updated record for reference
REQUIREMENT

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for research purpose (NO SALES REQUIRED) • Min 1 year of contact centre customer service experience • Rotational Shift (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) • $ 2800 - $ 3000 • Must be comfortable to travel
