DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Understand basic relational database management system and its common practice and implication Preferable: have prior experience (max. 2 years) in operating and creating CRM campaign rules in Adobe. Meticulous and attention to detail. Understand the basic principle of consumer's medium of communication: SMS, EDM, In-App.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. General: Passionate about data, consumers and digital marketing Possess a strong project management skill (working with clear timeline and deliverable) Strong oral and written communication skill (creating briefing document for internal and external parties) Possess a strong collaborative value to work closely with other division in ensuring the project implementation
