DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensure a comprehensive market coverage with regards to the machinery/ industrial equipment portfolio within the assigned industry, incl. searching for new customers within the assigned industry and ensuring/maintaining the growth of business with existing customers.
Properly explain the technology offered, managing and interpreting the customer requirements as well as establish a solid relationship with the customers.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing activities.
Making technical presentations, negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both customer and company needs as well as manage relationship with other sales team members and technical experts.
Liaise regularly with the customers and continuously report in writing to the Divison Management, Head Office and the principals
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1 in Food Processing Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working expriences in sales and/or related field
Fluent in English is a must
Mastering of computer operations and office softwares
Good communication, interpersonal and technical skills
Able to work effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person
Neat and tidy with a strong sense of responsibilities
