Required Skill(s): Experience in manpower calculation and production efficiency, Good understanding of 5S concepts and its mission, Excellent communciation with understaff and other division as well, Good leadership skill and job delegation with problem solving capability, Available work at night shift, Cope with the pressure of demanding target and tight deadlines, Familiar with Bill of Material and Enginnering Change issue
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
