Ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Coordinate with the sales, workshop, and customer for completing the delivery documents.
Making sure the same documents are properly filed and the status reports properly updated.
Properly file export, import, and other delivery documents
Update status report; create plant codes for any case of newly purchased material handling equipment
Update current hire status for MHE
Physical checking of received and to-be delivered MHE
In the case of exporting equipment: arrange files and export documents by coordinating with the Head Office, PRO, and customs agent
Assist in reimbursement of drivers’ expenses on the entrance in Free Zones
Update scrap or sold assets
Arrange delivery of equipment by coordinating with the Transport Coordinator
Produce delivery documents and gate passes for internal use
Apply for gate passes as required in Free Zones for technicians, vehicles, and machines assigned for attending the customer site
Report to Accounts Dept. for any new assets received with original invoices and delivery notes
Keep a proper track on-hired machines
REQUIREMENT
The ideal candidate for Logistic Coordinator must have relevant qualifications for this role
Time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer applications knowledge e.g. MS office
The ideal applicant should have at least two years of experience within the same field
Excellent attention to detail
