Prepare marketing plan and strategy Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Active in social media trends and content strategies Monitoring and controling the social media Design, build and maintain our social media presence Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Strategic content creator Experience in community/Blogger/Vlogger/KOL
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School in Marketing /Office Administration/Design/Public Relation or a related field Experience in the same position at least 2 years Able to use graphic design software is a plus Interest in marketing actifity, innovative idea and strive in any pressure Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that inform and motivate Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing Have a passion of beauty industry Have good knowledge of website analytics Have good communication skills and energetic Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
