DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist to drive company culture within the company – make the company happening! Assist in planning and execute company internal event TGIF, Quarterly Retreat, Learning Workshop, Sports Day. Implementing company core values into culture and day-to-day operation thru little touches / personal experience. Assist in maintain office daily operation Provide general administrative and carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required. To assist in payment process including issue payment voucher, invoice and payment collection. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. To carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. No work experience required. Required Skill(s): Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Logical Thinking, Task Management, Time Management Preferably specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
