Support Engineer day to day user- and network-support on IT related issues in the region Handling and maintenance troubleshooting H/W, S/W PC LAN & WAN Familiar with network, mikrotik, firewall, file server, mail server, proxy server, OS, Windows Server/Linux, POS, DNS Server, MAC OS Installation and configuration IT equipment Manage IT Helpdesk System (Ticketing system) Handle Project
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Bachelor`s degree, computer science/information technology or equivalent Having 2-3 years working experience in handling computer technique Having experience as IT Staff in multinational company will be preferred Familiar with network, mikrotik, firewall, file server, mail server, proxy server, OS, Windows Server/Linux, DNS Server, MAC OS Knowledge in Ticketing System and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Speaking English Fluently Commitment, honest, responsible person, and can work independently or in team Work Location is Pandaan (East Java)
