OBJECTIVES (main duties and responsibilities)
Opportunity development
Develop strong opportunity pipelines align with the individual target, mainly for Seafreight (FCL and LCL)
Exploring the opportunities business in the areas, manage the qualifying and mapping process.
Explore the opportunities for upselling (AIR) and cross selling (PROM and CL).
Proactively promoting K+N system as part of the value proposition i.e. KNFN and KN Login.
Set volume goals towards new customer acquisition on an annual basis that is in line with the individual target set.
Closely engage with the Business Unit to optimize the winning ratio of each opportunities pipeline.
Pipeline Development and Management
Responsible to keep CoreLog system up to-date correctly and timely.
Ensure that CoreLog is updated on a regular basis to maintain accurate data reporting both opportunities and sales activities.
Maintain and up-to date and accurate library of presentation sets needed for customer presentation.
Managing individual performance and ensure of optimum delivery for the target setting, provided by management (JKT- ZV).
Other Requirements
Strictly adhere for the company Code of Conduct and compliance requirement at all times.
Always follow the KN Global policy, whenever require, and coordinate with QSHE to align.
PROBLEM SOLVING
Customer feedback – in regards to operations matters and feedback to operations
Commercial challenges in pricing or contract – coordinate with the BD
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Degree in related field
Relevant transport management qualifications
REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years business development
management working experience.
Knowledge of distribution IT software + MS OFFICE
Solid understanding and experience of theory and practice of Freight Forwarding and supply chain Consumer transportation in particular.
Ability to communicate effectively to operations heads, gather necessary information and implement the right solution.
A flexible approach to work
Excellent communications and organisation skills and problem solving abilities
The ability to work under pressure
Ability to initiate Top to Top engagement.

Ability to Travel locally and regionally
Ability to participate in a growth environment.
