DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Establish PR with customer (IQC, warehousing, SQE and production scheduling personnel)
Dealt with unexpected abnormalities happened at the ODM and supplier sites
Review the material preparation work by CS Planner, coordinated with ODM of demand and lead time, varify suppliers' production capacity and prepared a reasonable lowest safety inventory
Handle customer complaints and replaced defective materials
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Better if have any working experience on electronic field
