DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate requests between customers and our internal departments Negotiate and match customer requests with available schedules and resources Resolve any resource, scheduling or on-site issues Issue Delivery Orders and track delivery documents to ensure timely processing and billing Ensure all documents related to the job are properly filed for easy retrieval and auditing purposes Perform any other tasks as and when required
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Words and Excel Excellent verbal and writing skill Independent, meticulous and process the ability to follow up and manage conflicting schedules Good communicator with ability to build relationships with customers
