DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversees all Maintenance Contract Keep track of all the existing maintenance contracts; Schedule maintenance date with customers when the maintenance is due; Inform technician to perform all maintenance that’s due; Liaise with accounts to invoice maintenance job once completed; Email & follow up with customer to order once the consumable like pads/batteries has expired; Email & follow up with customer to issue new PO for new contract once the existing contract is about to expire; Handle incoming phone call, sales enquiries and prepare sales quotation; Any other adhoc project assigned by director.
REQUIREMENT

Patience Attentiveness Clear communication skills Good time management skills Empathy High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers, especially Excel Experience working as customer support.
