To oversee the customer service, cash operations and customer on-boarding of a cluster of 3/4 branches Ensure that the cluster of branches meet their respective business and operational targets
REQUIREMENT

A recognized university degree, preferably in Business, Accounting or its equivalent; At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations Several years’ experience in branch operations and customer service Ability to supervise and coach CSA Good written and verbal communication skills
