DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
To liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities.
To create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project developments.
To liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions/ promotional events.
Collaborate with superior in preparing budgets / plan and monitoring expenses for events / property launches.
Liaising with media, printers and publishers as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and billboards.
To achieve the yearly Business & Sales Plan target for respective projects.
To liaise with Ministry of Housing (MOH) on obtaining necessary approval.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Excellent communication and people skills are required.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
